Registration and payment

Registration

• Each National Secretary should register in advance with the General Secretary by completing the Confirmation of Attendance Form.
• Once approved by the General Secretary you should go to the IntraWeb and register or your National Secretary will do it for you.
• Hotel booking will be made by IAESTE Poland (according to information from Intraweb registration).
• Note that deadline for registration is 1 December 2008.

Payment

Payment should be made preferably by transfer to our bank account. Bank charges are to the principal.

Cash payment after arrival will be possible only in urgent cases. You have to contact General Secretary and Annual Conference organizing team (info@iaeste2009.pl) to agree on that.
